Job Summary

At the heart of New Zealands Capital our client is seeking their next team lead who has the ability to provide leadership, build strong relationships and promote a customer centric service to it's users and customers. Our client is in the market for a Permanent Service Desk Team Lead who is looking for their next challenge. 

Responsibilities include: 

- Team Management, providing direction, performance management, training and upskilling of its team members 

- Managing the overal performance of the Service Desk 

- Providing world class customer service to its users and customers

- Direction and clarity to it's team members 

To Be Successul:

- Experience with CA Service Desk Management or R12/R14

- ITIL Certified 

- Service Desk Management or Service Desk Team Lead experience 

- Patient, Strong Communicator, Leading Peers 

- Experience in using and configuring processes with a modern IT Service Tool
