Our Customer is looking for experienced Service Desk Analysts to provide remote support and training for essential workers in Government. This includes providing L1 support, commissioning devices, and training.
- Experience providing level 1 support
- Experience with training end users
- Understanding of Windows 10 and O365 environments and devices
- Excellent verbal and written communication
