Our Customer is looking for experienced Service Desk Analysts to provide remote support and training for essential workers in Government. This includes providing L1 support, commissioning devices, and training.

Technical skills:

  • Experience providing level 1 support
  • Experience with training end users
  • Understanding of Windows 10 and O365 environments and devices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
