Our Government client is looking for experienced Service Desk Analysts to provide remote support and training for their customers. The successful candidate will be taking calls to provide Level 1 support, commissioning devices, and administering training.
- Experience providing level 1 support
- Excellent communication and experience providing phone support
- Understanding of Windows 10 and O365 environments, and devices
