Job Summary

The Role:
Our Government client is looking for experienced Service Desk Analysts to provide remote support and training for their customers. The successful candidate will be taking calls to provide Level 1 support, commissioning devices, and administering training.

Technical skills:

  • Experience providing level 1 support
  • Excellent communication and experience providing phone support
  • Understanding of Windows 10 and O365 environments, and devices

Responsibilities:

  • Trouble shooting L1 incidents
  • Providing remote support and training
  • Commission and distribute devices and applications
