Role: Senior BI Developer

Role and Responsibilities:

 Backlog Prioritization and Development

• Manage and execute a backlog of BI development work, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and criticality. 
• Independently design and implement data models, ETL processes, and BI solutions, ensuring accuracy and performance optimization.

 Mentorship and Collaboration

•  Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and autonomy in BI development.
•  Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business requirements into impactful BI solutions and facilitating data-driven decision-making

Skills and experience required:

•  6+ years of extensive experience with Power BI or tools like Tableau, QlikView or any relevant reporting tool.
•  Strong SQL proficiency for data querying and manipulation.
•  Expertise in data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
•  Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard creation.
•  Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
•  Familiarity with unit testing and BI-related programming languages.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced BI environment.
